This will be a nice and short blog because, I've been writing about eggs too much. But, I made Sunny Side Up eggs the other day. This is the egg:
My trick to Sunny Side Up eggs is I add a little water to the pan after I add the egg, and cover it. This steams the sunny side, and cooks that side more than without the steam. Steam is hot, you see. I don't like the whites too loose, and also want to make sure it is cooked and safe, so the steaming takes care of that.
Here's that egg after I Sunny-Side-Uped it:
It was good. I mean it's an egg, that's it. Eggs are good, so it was good. Whatever. Eggs.
